We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Customers can choose to receive store credit, swap their item for another of equal value, or get a refund to the original payment method. While we don’t charge a restocking fee, all return shipping and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Any customs duties, tariffs, or import fees—whether from Canada, the U.S., or other regions—must be covered by the customer. If we are billed for these charges, we may deduct the amount from the refund before processing it, with adjustments for currency conversion when necessary.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact (if applicable).
- Show no signs of wear or damage.
- Be returned at the customer’s expense, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
For raised garden beds and planter boxes, we provide a limited warranty of three years plus 21 days, starting from the purchase date. This accounts for standard product use and the natural aging of wood materials over time.
Reviews
I have owned my raised Western Red Cedar planters for about six years now, and they remain as sturdy and well-crafted as the day I purchased them. It’s wonderful to see the owners expanding their business across Canada. I know them personally, and it’s truly a family-run operation. I currently have four of their raised beds, and I couldn’t be more pleased with them.
My boxes were all well put together and easy to assemble. I’ve owned GardenzUp planter boxes for many years, and they still look great and are very sturdy. Over the years, I’ve planted beans, tomatoes, carrots, and lots of other veggies in my raised planters. I’ve known the owner for a long time, and these planters still work beautifully.
